‘I’m not trying to live like Wizkid’… He is a big inspiration to every young Nigerian boy Just here to create my own legacy and contribute what I can to the movement.
I remember we couldn’t make our own songs , we were in high school no money .
Wizkid album was the first album I bought with my money, had to save for real bro, My friend Vblaze and I mimed Holla at your boy at our school parties , can’t stop laughing… way back bro ! I won’t forget Kblaq , it all started in his studio .
My teacher in high school saw us miming @wizkidayo – Holla at your boy at one of those parties and called me , told me about this producer in my own hood that I didn’t even know , He said I should go there and meet him with like 3k he will make my own song for me . After school one day , I went there I saw Kblaq told him I’m from my teacher Pbliss . He took me in like his own brother , didn’t collect one Naira .
Told his guy Prowiz to make a beat for me that very same day .. I won’t forget . And That’s how it all started ! Been learning and learning , Still dey pray for blessings for better living . 🙏
